MECHANIC

TecnoMETAL STANDARD allows to insert 2D mechanical elements from the mechanical element database.

2D DESIGN

It allows to draw individual elements of steel structures in two-dimensional view. Profile insertion is done through database selection.

BILLS OF MATERIALS

It allows you to extract the bills of materials directly from the drawing that can be then printed or exported to Excel™.

BIDIMENSIONAL AUTOMATIC PROCEDURE

TecnoMETAL STANDARD allows you to automatically insert classic elements of steel structures, such as: connections, stairs, bracing, purlins, electric tower...

2D MARKING

By launching the marking command, the program automatically recognizes the element type, profile or plate,dimensions and material, but the quantity must be entered manually by the designer.

BIDIMENSIONAL DATABASE

The database contains a series of design information, that can be divided into classic steelwork elements: profiles, plates, bolts.

SKETCHES/CAM FILES

The Sketches contain all the information for the production of each element, and also contain information for CNC machines. The sketches (or CAM file) can be displayed on the computer or it be exported as DXF, PDF, DWG, NC and DSTV file. It is possible to create a CAM file from a bent profile as a plate development, welded or composite, it is possible to create a CAM file from a tube with cuts and you can also import the CAM file to scale as a file DWG.

UTILITY TECNOMETAL

TecnoMETAL also contains a number of extremely useful commands such as sheet metal nesting, DXF file creation from CAM files, and vice versa, creating bent profile CAM files and dividing welded profiles into plates, searching for and checking identical cam files, creating families for Revit, export list of necessary treatments (with division between cuts, holes ...), increase or decrease of holes diameter directly in the CAM file.
