BAR OPTIMIZATION
One of the most important functions of TecnoCAM is the possibility of optimizing the cutting of plates and bars. With TecnoCAM it is possible to optimize the cutting of the plates from the CAM or NC files. The DXF output file can be modified or sent directly to the oxyfuel machines.
CNC COMMUNICATION
The optimized bars can be sent to the CNC machines as a single file so that no implementation or processing by the operator is required on the machine.
MATERIAL RETRIEVAL MANAGEMENT
Integrated with the stock, the optimization function for bar cutting allows the use of leftovers from previous cuts. It is also possible to optimize the bars by considering the coupling in the parts to be produced.
ESTIMATES
TecnoCAM PREMIUM allows to perform cost estimates for the steelwork construction. You can indicate the purchase costs of the material and the workings, customizing them according to your facility.
INSERTING MATERIALS
Purchases of raw materials can be entered with a direct connection to the administrative management software or manually with indication of the information necessary for the traceability of the material with relative material quality certificate.
LABELS PRINTING
TecnoCAM allows you to customize and print labels with the information necessary for traceability of the material.
