Automatic Macroprocedures
Procedures that automatically insert carpentry elements into a 3D model: unions, uniforms, braces, safety stairs, sea stairs, spiral staircases, handrails, towers, purlins, bridges, glass façades, portals, steps, circular platforms, piping supports, tie rods, tensioners, hoppers, rectangular and polygonal pylons, etc.The user can save the inserted data by creating a complete and customised database.
Bim Export
3D models are produced according to BIM logic, complete with all information for the next construction phase or for sharing with other 3D software.
Workshop Templates and CAM Files
From the 3D model, we automatically derive the modules for the production of the individual carpentry elements and the CAM/NC files for the CNC machines.
Processing
On the inserted elements, profiles or plates. Machining operations can be inserted automatically by recognising robot machining or manual machining operations freely chosen by the designer. In addition to the standard machining operations, welding preparations can be entered, which will be highlighted in the CAM file to facilitate the production process.
Steel Frame
3D models allow automatic extraction of two-dimensional drawings, workshop sketches and cutting lists of materials for production.
